Carbon Fiber Foundation Repair
Servicing Calgary and Surrounding Areas
If your basement walls are bowing, cracking, or showing signs of structural stress, carbon fiber reinforcement offers a permanent, non-invasive solution. Backed by proven technology, this modern method prevents further movement and restores your foundation’s integrity - without costly reconstruction.
Carbon Fiber Staples for Crack Repair
Calgary’s freeze-thaw cycles and clay-heavy soil can cause serious pressure on your basement walls. This pressure, called hydrostatic pressure - builds up as water collects around your foundation, pushing inward and leading to horizontal cracks, bowing walls, or water leaks.
To fix this, we use carbon fiber staples to “stitch” across the cracks. These ultra-strong supports help hold the wall together, stop the crack from growing, and restore strength to your foundation - without the mess of major construction.
Why Homeowners Choose Us for Tie Rod Repair:
Built to Last - High-strength materials resist pressure, moisture, and time.

Why Carbon Fiber?
Carbon fiber is 4x stronger than steel and incredibly lightweight. When applied correctly, it bonds directly to your concrete walls, locking them in place and stopping any further inward bowing or movement.

How Carbon Fiber Straps Work
We use a three-part anchoring system to permanently stabilize your wall:

Top Anchor: Secures the strap at the top of the wall where it meets your floor joists, locking in lateral pressure.
Epoxy Bonded Strap: The carbon fiber strap is adhered to the wall using a high-strength epoxy for a seamless, secure connection.
Bottom Anchor: Locks into the concrete slab to prevent sliding or tipping.
Together, these components form a continuous reinforcement system that adapts to seasonal movement and resists future pressure.
Is Carbon Fiber Right for Your Home?
Not all walls are built the same, and not all repair methods fit every situation. That’s why we take the time to evaluate your foundation before recommending a solution.
Best for: Poured concrete and concrete block foundations.
Not ideal for: Stone or brick foundations (Our team will recommend the best approach for your unique structure).
We’ll inspect your wall and determine whether carbon fiber is the right solution. If it isn’t, we’ll build a custom repair plan that protects your home properly.
